Shower Column With Body Jets

2025-08-04

Shower Columns with Body Jets typically feature a SUS304 stainless steel main body with a reinforced back frame. They feature a built-in brass thermostatic valve cartridge and diverter valve, an EPDM braided inlet hose, and a G1/2 port. Standard dimensions are approximately H1400×W200×D70mm. Multiple adjustable Body Jets are positioned in the center section, directly targeting the shoulders, back, and waist, creating a multifunctional, all-in-one shower column, integrating overhead showerheads, hand showerheads, and side showerheads into a single vertical panel.

Shower Columns with Body Jets Features

Sturdy and Integrated

Shower Columns with Body Jets are constructed of SUS304/anodized aluminum or 6mm tempered glass, offering corrosion resistance and fingerprint resistance. Ribbed back panels ensure verticality, and the entire unit is secured with ≥4×M8 wall mounts for tensile strength. The column weighs 8–12kg, and the mounting holes are spaced 150mm apart to accommodate the center distance of the main stream mixing water. Internal piping is constructed of CW617N brass with EPDM seals, offering a pressure resistance of 1.0 MPa and a temperature resistance of 0–80°C. The front-accessible inspection window eliminates the need for column disassembly for maintenance, saving time during project delivery and after-sales service.

Deep Water Spa

The Shower Column with Body Jets comes standard with 4–6 Body Jets, each with a nozzle diameter of 18–22 mm and an adjustable angle of ±30°. Each jet delivers a flow rate of 2.0–2.5 L/min at a dynamic pressure of 0.3 MPa, providing coverage for the scapula, both sides of the spine, and the lumbar fascia. The nozzles feature medical-grade silicone anti-scaling nozzles for press-to-clean scale removal. Built-in NRV check valves and flow restrictors provide a more concentrated mixed jet stream, and the soothing intensity can be fine-tuned using a diverter valve.

Constant Temperature Safety

The Shower Column with Body Jets uses a 38°C safety-lock thermostatic valve cartridge with a control tolerance of ±1°C. It accommodates an inlet water pressure differential of 0.1–0.5 MPa and maintains a stable temperature with a temperature difference of 10°C or greater between hot and cold water. The valve cartridge's lifespan is tested for ≥200,000 cycles of operation. Triple protection features include overheat bypass, anti-backflow, and anti-scalding limiters. This maintains a stable feel even during peak water supply fluctuations, minimizing hot and cold fluctuations.

Multi-way Distribution

3/4-way manifold: Overhead shower, hand shower, and Body Jets. Overhead shower (Ø250mm rain shower disc), 9–10 L/min @ 0.3 MPa; hand shower (3 functions), 6.6 L/min; Body Jets, total 8–10 L/min. Internal piping optimizes pressure equalization and return flow, ensuring smooth switching and damping, allowing for simultaneous short-term massages.

Water-saving and durable.

All systems feature either a 1.75 gpm flow limiter or an 8–10 L/min option. ≥75 silicone nozzles are available, achieving a finger-rub descaling rate of >95%. Surface finishes include PVD matte black, brushed nickel, or mirror chrome, maintaining gloss for >96 hours in salt spray. Seals are made of FKM/EPDM composite, chlorine-resistant and heat-resistant. The system consumes zero energy during standby mode, and standardized accessory SKUs allow for replacement in less than 10 minutes.

Quick Installation.

Backplate quick-release chute and height-adjustable upper/lower brackets are pre-embedded in the wall, requiring only G1/2 hot and cold connections or parallel drains. Includes an S-shaped eccentric connector with a ±10mm tolerance. A DN15 service valve is included, suitable for brick and light steel stud walls. Templates and leveling tape are provided, allowing one person to complete installation and commissioning in less than 40 minutes.

Shower Column with Body Jets Applications:

Five-star hotel guest bathrooms

High occupancy rates require stable temperature and low maintenance. Shower Column with Body Jets maintains ±1°C temperature control even with water pressure fluctuations of 0.1–0.5 MPa. Front-accessible maintenance reduces room closing time. The PVD finish resists detergent corrosion and maintains its color after over 96 hours of salt spray. Aligned with hotel SOPs, it can be supplied to North American water conservation standards of 1.75 gpm, enhancing guests' spa experience while controlling operating water costs.

Urban Fitness Club Shower Area

Post-workout recovery and high turnover are essential. Body Jets deliver 8–10 L/min of concentrated impact on shoulder and back muscles, with a stacking pattern for enhanced impact. The silicone anti-scaling nozzles are suitable for hard water environments, allowing cleaners to restore the spray pattern with a simple wipe. A flow control solution controls water usage per time period, reducing peak queues and lowering hot water costs.

Resort Hotels and Spa Treatment Rooms

Therapy programs emphasize relaxation and repeatability. Overhead showers combined with Body Jets can be programmed into a "warm-up-deep pressure-relaxation" routine. The thermostatic valve's 38°C lock prevents overheating, making it ideal for essential oil treatments and aromatherapy beginners. Available brushed nickel or matte black finishes complement the warm, spa-like feel of the spa, creating a premium spa-like selling point.

High-end, fully furnished apartment model apartment

The developer prioritizes installation efficiency and delivery consistency. The quick-hang structure, template positioning, and adjustable eccentricity tolerance accommodate finishing variations. Exterior modules and color schemes are standardized across unit types, reducing spare parts complexity. Delivery materials include flow curves, maintenance manuals, and exploded views to facilitate ongoing property maintenance and resident information.

Seaside hotels and yacht cabins

Sea breeze, salt spray, and limited fresh water availability are key constraints. Optional SUS316 panels and FKM seals enhance corrosion resistance. Even with low-pressure water supply, BodyJets maintain a beaming pattern at 0.2–0.25 MPa. The North American 1.75 gpm solution and time-limited stacking mode reduce fresh water consumption, meeting operational needs under maritime and shore power conditions.
