The Bathroom Shower Column is a freestanding bathroom fixture that integrates an overhead showerhead, hand showerhead, diverter valve, and faucet.
The vertical pipe is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel or aluminum alloy tubing, offering corrosion resistance and high-pressure resistance. The exterior is electroplated or PVD-treated, maintaining its gloss after 96 hours in a neutral salt spray environment, with a hardness of ≥1.5H and resisting scratches even with daily cleaning. The internal piping is constructed of CW617N brass with EPDM seals, offering a pressure resistance of 1.0 MPa and a temperature resistance of 0–80°C. The unit is secured at four points with M8 expansion bolts, boasting a tensile strength safety factor exceeding 5 times, making it suitable for high-use homes and commercial environments.
The overhead showerhead has a diameter of 240 mm and 110 outlets, delivering a flow rate of approximately 9–10 L/min, simulating a natural rain shower. The hand shower features three modes and a flow limit of 6.6 L/min, complying with water-saving regulations. Select models feature Body Jets, each with a flow rate of 2–2.5 L/min and adjustable angles of ±30°. The nozzles are made of medical-grade silicone and feature a push-to-clean design for long-lasting, smooth water flow.
The Bathroom Shower Column features a built-in 38°C safety-lock thermostatic valve cartridge with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, maintaining a stable water temperature despite fluctuations in hot and cold water pressure and temperature. The valve cartridge has a lifespan of ≥200,000 cycles and features overheat bypass, anti-backflow protection, and temperature limiting protection, ensuring user safety. Whether during peak hours in the morning or evening, users can enjoy a stable and comfortable shower experience.
The bathroom shower column utilizes a standard G1/2 port with an S-shaped eccentric joint and an adjustable center distance of 130–170 mm to accommodate various installation conditions. A positioning template and leveling tape are included, allowing one person to complete installation in 30–40 minutes. The front-accessible design allows faucet and valve cartridge replacement in under 10 minutes, significantly reducing maintenance effort. Suitable for both home DIY and bulk installation.
Bathroom Shower Columns are available in 1.75 gpm or 8–10 L/min versions. Internationally certified, they are cUPC/CE/WaterMark, and their materials are RoHS/REACH compliant, making them environmentally friendly. Based on a standard household usage model, they can save approximately 8–12% of water annually, while also reducing energy consumption and hot water costs.
In high-use environments, the bathroom shower column, with its thermostatic valve and ±1°C temperature control and silicone anti-scaling nozzles, ensures a consistently comfortable shower experience. The PVD matte black finish complements the hotel's modern style, and the water-saving components help achieve sustainable operating goals.
Where post-workout traffic is concentrated, the high-flow overhead showerhead quickly rinses away sweat, while the handheld showerhead provides spot cleansing. A valve cartridge lifespan of 200,000 cycles reduces downtime and maintenance, ensuring the club's continued serviceability.
The developer selected bathroom shower columns for their quick installation and versatility, with adjustable center distances, reducing secondary construction. A variety of surface treatment options allow for flexible adaptation to different apartment layouts, enhancing standardized project delivery.
In harsh salt spray environments at sea, the optional SUS316 riser and FKM seals ensure long-term corrosion resistance. The air-pressurized hand shower maintains comfortable water flow even under low-pressure conditions, and its water-saving function helps reduce fresh water consumption.
The retail side focuses on quick installation and customer conversion rates. The colorful box packaging comes with multilingual instructions and an installation template, allowing users to complete the installation themselves, reducing returns. The G1/2 standard connection and water-saving flow restrictor meet European and American market standards.
